WELL SERVICES OPERATORS / ENGINEERS and PROJECT MANAGERS

We're looking to hire experienced slickline, wireline, and coil tubing operators and supervisors that can work on geothermal projects internationally.
​
Ideal candidates will have between 5 to 15 years of experience running services on-site, be flexible with working arrangements, be a motivated self-starter, adhere to stringent HSE policies, work well with a team and have patience/experience working in diverse cultures. Geothermal well service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
​
We are urgently hiring the following positions:

Slickline operators (fishing, broaching, and memory gauge)

Slickline supervisors
-
Wireline engineers (geothermal or HPHT experience required)

Coil Tubing Tool Specialist (All-Metal or turbine style tool experience preferred)
-
Coil Tubing Supervisors (geothermal or HPHT experience required)
-
Well Services Project Manager (experience with managing international projects)

GENERAL MANAGER
​
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to effectively lead and develop the JRG Energy team. As the General Manager you will work closely with the leadership team, industry partners, and clients to achieve business and project goals. You will oversee strategic and commercial direction, as well as the operational excellence of the company.
​
The successful candidate will be professional and a strategic thinker, who is people-focused and results-orientated. The candidate should enjoy the exposure to the challenges that are associated with operating across international markets.
​
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
-
Analyse current financial performance and identify key areas for improvement.

Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, planning, and auditing.

Develop and execute comprehensive financial, commercial, and operational strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Accountable for the P&L and business plan of JRG Energy.

Contract development and management.
-
IT management; ensure all existing IT systems are effective for company purposes and are utilised to their full potential.
